New video a plenty: Plus new Bloggers Undressed with sex blogging legal advice

All embedded after the jump: videoblogging 2007 day 3 and (tonight) day 4; the new episode of bloggers undressed where EFF staff attorney Jason Schultz talks about the legal issues around blogging, sex and dating.

Plus — yayomgyay — my dear friend Sean Bonner is my current houseguest, cuddled up with Alex on my couch tonight! Eeeee!

Also, as an aside: I spoke with the NYT writer last week who asked me for comments on the so-called “blogger code of conduct” for his piece — turns out after a long q and a session I wasn’t quoted, but if you want to know how I feel and the tone of what I said about it, read Sean’s post. I basically echoed much of what Sean opines, and that it’ll never work. This, and a couple other MSM writers hit me up for comments on the Sierra issue the week after it happened (after my column went up; only one had read it) and I said a lot of things that didn’t go with what they’d already planned to say about blogger behavior, the assumptions they have about behavior in Blogistan vs. real life, and women as victims (and female desexualization in the blogosphere). I’m curious to see how this plays out. Detailed post to follow after much sleep.

bloggers undressed: sex blogging legal advice

in this episode I visit the EFF and ask staff attorney Jason Schultz exactly how a blogger could get in legal hot water for blogging about having sex with someone, and Jason has quite a bit of solid legal advice, in addition to recommendations about sex blogging and work.
