You know, one of my posts got “dugg” recently and I was overwhelmed by the cruelty of the comments — and I have a fucking thick skin. Nice to know by reading Publishing 2.0’s Not All Traffic Is Created Equal that it’s not just me having a thin-skinned moment. (Thanks Jonathan!)
