TOO stylized.
I don’t like Andrew Blake. I love the image of women enjoying sex. I’m into ecstasy, which isn’t exactly prominent in this porn-obsessed “madonna/whore” complex, “slut, bitch, whore” culture. I guess I like the psychology of sex…and this requires an authentic image of sex.
Andrew Blake makes imitations of sex, AGREED. I want the real thing.
When I look at Andrew Blake’s stuff I don’t see sex- I see a very stylized imitation of sex.
It all looks very staged. Nevertheless, it looks beautiful and I like it for what it is.
