Canadian Border Services Agency (aka Agences des Services Frontaliers du Canada) has repeatedly been slapped down by the Supreme Court of Canada for exceeding its authority and the law in making decisions about what sort of materials can be imported, and what cannot. It’s no surprise that CBSA continues to be a “moral authority” on what may be imported into Canada – which is one of the world’s largest producers and exporters of porn, since so many porn mags are printed there. (Or were a few years ago, anyway.)
