If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend Lady Gaga’s hyper-fetishized new video for her song “Bad Romance.” The video is way more entertaining than the song itself (which is catchy, by the way), and it’s packed with sex, high-gloss fetish couture, surreal effects and some serious shoes worthy of worship. My interpretation of the “spiky spine” was that Lady Gaga has scoliosis and was using it to her advantage. Upon reading the comment I decided to do some web research. I never found a name for it but there seems to be a fetish for the neck and body braces women with this condition wear. I found an interview with a man who has this fetish. and his website devoted to it. Lady Gaga seems to be in a cage while this condition is being depicted and this could be referring to the brace.
